HT/Armaflex rubber insulation is a high-temperature, flexible insulation, as an ideal solution for use in heating and hot water supply systems for the insulation of individual and central heating points, solar systems, pipelines in the heavy and food industry with high temperatures up to 150 ° C.

Main advantages:

  • Reduces energy losses and extends the service life of the equipment
  • It has a closed-cell structure and low thermal conductivity
  • The thermal insulation material remains flexible at temperatures up to 150 °C
  • It can be mounted without the use of protective coatings outdoors
  • It does not decompose in the sun and is resistant to contact with petroleum products
  • Easy to install, does not require special tools
  • It does not create dust and does not contain small fibers
  • Release form:
  • In the form of tubes with a length of 2 m or in the form of rolls with a width of 1 m
  • The inner diameter of the tube varies from 10 to 89 mm. Wall thickness: 10, 13, 19, 25 mm
  • Thickness of sheet insulation: 10, 13, 19, 25, 32 mm
  • Colour: black
  • Operating temperature range: -50 °C ... 150 °C (short-term up to 175 °C)
  • Flammability group: G1
  • Thermal conductivity coefficient λ: at an average temperature of 0°C - ≤0.040 W/(m·K), at an average temperature of 40°S - ≤0.045 W/(m·K)
  • Coefficient of vapor permeability resistance µ: ≥ 4000 (tubes), ≥ 3000 (sheets)
  • Density: 55-85 kg/m3
  • Influence on a person: it does not contain PVC and freons

For the installation of insulation, you will need a one-component adhesive and a rubber tape NT-Tape
